There are a number of articles that show remote staff often feel a lack of engagement and therefore connection to employers when they are fully remote. We are trying to find ways to build connections. One example is we are having a virtual Halloween contest - while they cannot dress up when out in the field, they can send in pictures of themselves in their costume and choose a winner for office staff and field staff who will get a gift card mailed to them. I would love to see other ideas on how to engage field/remote staff?
