• 1. AHFSA State Agency Member First Two State Agency Members – $600.00
  Registration is for the first 2 SA members from the same SA @ $600.00/person. Register the second SA member as a guest.
• 2. AHFSA State Agency Member Addtional SA Members – $500.00
  Register each additional SA member, after the first 2, from the same SA. After the registration of the additional SA member, register each additional member as a guest. Each additional registrant after the first two is $500.00/per person.
• 3. CMS - 10 Complimentary Registrations
  CMS will receive 10 free registrations. Complete 1st registration. Add 9 guests registrations.
• 4. CMS Employee – $800.00
  Registration for additional CMS employees (11 or more)
• 5. CMS Contractor – $800.00
  This registration type is for CMS contractors that are not sponsors or exhibitors.
  
  If you are a CMS contractor exhibitor or sponsor and you would like to register additional attendees beyond what is stated in your exhibitor or sponsors package, use this registration type.
• 6 - National Background Check Forum Attendee – $700.00
• Additional Attendee Not Included with Exhibitor Registration – $500.00
