About AHFSA
The Association of Health Facility Survey Agencies (AHFSA) is a not-for-profit organization that provides a forum for regulatory agency directors and managers to address common interests, concerns, and health care program issues related to certification and licensure of health care facilities. The State Survey Agencies in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico are members of our organization.
