AHFSA is a membership organization. In order to provide resources to members, and to differentiate between types of members, AHFSA collects member information including but not limited to: mail and email address, phone number, username, demographic and professional information, and certain member preferences. Your mail and email address will be used to send you information relating to your AHFSA membership. We will not sell, disseminate, disclose, trade, transmit, transfer, share, lease or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party not specifically authorized by you to receive your information except as we have disclosed to you in this Privacy Policy. Registrants for AHFSA Conference and other educational events provide contact information that we do disclose to exhibitors and sponsors of those events in order to facilitate networking and information sharing.
